– 2008
The following tuition rates
are in effect for the 2007 – 2008 academic year:

Tuition payments
are due on the first of each month starting in July, 2007. You may elect two
different payment schedules: a 10-month or a 12-month schedule. You may chose
to pay using a personal check or charge using Visa, Master Card, American
Express, or Discover. We are able to set up a monthly automatic payment
schedule if you chose to use your charge card. The following are the rates for
10-month and 12-month payments:

Discount: A discount of $75 per family will
be given if payment is made in full by July 1, 2007.
Registration
Fee: A $75.00 non-refundable
registration fee is due at registration.
The academic year will
follow the Stafford Public School Calendar as approved by the Stafford Board of
Education with the following exceptions: Kindergarten will graduate the first
Friday in June. The eighth grade will graduate
on the Sunday before the last day of school.
All other students will attend school until the last day designated on
the Stafford School Calendar regardless of the number of snow days that the
public schools have after that date.
All uniform costs are the
responsibility of the parents. There is no charge for textbooks or specific
classroom supplies. Student’s personal
educational supplies are the family’s responsibilities.
There will be other fees
for field trips, donations, or activities such as Latch Key and instrumental
music instruction.
Donations/Commitments: In addition to tuition and fees,
families are obligated to help in fund raising activities since tuition does
not cover all the costs associated with the education of our students. Each
family is required to sell and/or purchase items worth $400 each year. These
items include but are not limited to magazines, baked goods, holiday flowers,
and Wine and Cheese tickets. If you do
not want to participate in the fund raisers, you have the option of paying $300
directly to the school by September 14th.

Latch Key:
Our Latch Key Program
serves our St. Edward Parish Family before and after school from 7:00 a.m. to
8:00 a.m. and from 2:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday each day school
is open. If there is an early
dismissal, there is no Latch Key after school.
If there is a late opening, Latch Key will begin at 8:30 a.m. The Latch
Key rate is $6.00 / hour based on ¼ hour increments.
During Latch Key, older
students must work on their homework while younger students without homework
are playing on the playscape or with toys in the pre-school classroom. The
Latch Key program is supervised by the 2004 Connecticut Teacher of the Year,
Mrs. Karen Simon.
